The staff were very very helpful and efficient and had a sense of humour. The room was warm and tidy, included with clear Matterhorn view, nice amenities plus good breakfast.

i had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel that provided a delicious breakfast, and it is very close to everything in zermatt, making it perfect for weekend strolls through the charming streets and easy access to the iconic mountaineer's cemetery just a short 500 meters away.

Just spent 4 nights at Beau Rivage. Fine views of the Matterhorn from my balcony! Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff, especially Sofia, were super helpful with local dining recommendations. A couple of issues with soft pillows and instant coffee, but overall a fantastic stay!

The spa hours are frustratingly limited!!! Housekeeping barging in without knocking is quite unprofessional, and the television issues are annoying. For a 4-star hotel, the room amenities felt disappointingly basic!!!
